Many of us participate in 12 Step Meetings but find that other addicts that aren't adoptees don't always understand where we're coming from. For some of us that's a dealbreaker, for other's an annoyance.

Regardless of how you feel about 12 Step Programs you'll be welcome at our meetings.

If you haven't yet, tried a 12 Step meeting, we would strongly suggest you check them out! There's a lot of good to be found there, but non-adoptees can sometimes be really aggravating with their lack of empathy for our specific issues!
